Loss of over a hundred documents at the Fairfax Avenue residence of the  President was reported by Inventory in Charge in mid 2015 . The inventory together with the purchase of a CCTV were originally scheduled per Administrator’s instruction to Inventory in Charge for the first weeks of the Inventory in charge’s arrival. However, both the CCTV purchase and inventory schedule was deferred by the inventory in charge to a later date. Follow up overseas calls to Los Angeles were made re CCTV purchase and inventory requirement to make certain that instructions were followed. When the Inventory in charge finally conducted the much awaited Inventory, without the required CCTV , the Inventory In Charge announced that the documents were missing.          d.  Several months prior to the Loss of the Fairfax documents, there was a break in entry in the FAIRFAX residence.  The thieves broke the glass window of the Fairfax residence den to gain entry into the house. An almost empty safe was taken. The safe was not used and contained insignificant items because the Fairfax residents did not know or at a point in time forgot the safe combination. This Break in entry was reported to the authorities. This break in happened after the Fairfax residents left the residence to attend their usual morning mass. When they returned they found their dog trembling in fright soaked and dripping wet.
