LOS ANGELES DOCUMENT FILES AT THE FAIRFAX RESIDENCE OF FESDC PRESIDENT, ATTY. IAA
LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA FILES Reported MISSING: REASON: THEFT LOSS:
a. Loss of over a hundred documents at the Fairfax Avenue residence of the President was reported missing in mid 2015 when their inventory was scheduled. The Inventory & CCTV purchase scheduled on the first week of her arrival at Fairfax Avenue was deferred by the Inventory in Charge from the first week of her arrival In Los Angeles to an indefinite later date. Follow up with the inventory in charge of this two important tasks seemed to have been dismissed or deliberately ignored. Prior to the week of her actual inventory or approximately 3rd week from her arrival the Inventory in Charge was seen carrying a big bundle which she says contain her “Gifts” to her friends. When the Inventory in charge finally decided to conduct her Inventory she disclosed that the documents “are missing“and made a comment that someone must have transferred the location of the documents. She, however, did not make any effort to locate where “the documents were transferred.”
b. Prior to this theft Loss, there was a break in entry in the FAIRFAX residence . An almost empty safe was taken. The titles and documents were kept hidden inconspicuously in a filing cabinet, thus were not taken during the break in.
Only the safe was taken from the President’s room. Possibly because valuables and documents were thought , to be in the almost empty safe.
